Rafael Neves Machado
Mechanical Engineer | Founder
With more than ten years of experience across offshore operations and industrial environments, Rafael has built his career around asset integrity, reliability and maintenance.
Throughout this journey, he has worked with piping systems, static equipment, inspection activities and the coordination of integrity actions in complex operational contexts. This experience also encompasses the application of international engineering standards and responsibilities under Brazil's NR-13 regulatory framework for pressure equipment and piping.
Alongside his engineering career, Rafael co-founded FitNext, gaining practical experience in entrepreneurship, digital product development and technology-enabled business models.
